If after you opt-in, you change your mind; you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time. Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Mika Street Photography. I value your privacy.

PRICING
We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. You must pay the advertised price for your jurisdiction. If geo-pricing is not adhered to our team will contact you to offer you the right to purchase your product/s at the correct price, or alternatively your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping or delivery charges are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase. If you have not selected the correct shipping terms our team will send a correction invoice which must be settled before delivery.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Payments made via the Mika Street Photography website are processed using a third party payment gateway, Shopify. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.

 

DUTIES & TAXES
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Mika Street Photography is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY
Your order is custom printed just for you, as such all photographic prints and frames are final sale. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds.
